Personal data processing is necessary part of our activity. We would not be able to provide you our services, sign a contract with you and fulfil the arising obligations without personal information providing and processing. If the processing of personal data requires your consent, we will not enforce it or make it subject to a threat of refusal to enter into a contractual relationship, to provide a service for the sale of goods or an obligation imposed on us.

We treat your personal information within the limits of generally binding legal regulations and we ensure that it is not handled without authorisation or misused. Personal data protection, privacy and the rights of each individual is one of the core values ??that AT Computers employees respect.

Our employees are fully aware of the value and sensitivity of the personal data they come to contact with and work with. They are fully aware of the damage that the disclosure, destruction or alteration of this information may cause to any owner of this data – to each of you.

How long we retain your personal data

Your personal data are retained on the bases of the purpose for which we process the personal data. Your personal data are retained at least for the term of the contract. In most cases, we are required to retain your personal data for 10 years by law (the Accounting Act, the Labour Code, social security and employment laws, the Insurance Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), etc.).

Personal data of job applicants will be disposed of immediately after the occupation is filled by concluding a contract with another applicant, except when the applicant agrees to process his or her personal data for the submission of future job offers at AT Computers a.s.

AT Computers does not perform profiling based on the provided personal information. 

Your rights

AT Computers ascribes to the principles established by the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data (GDPR) and is prepared to fully cooperate in the exercise of your rights.

According to the GDPR, your rights are:

Deletion (forgetting) – Your personal data will be deleted, except for the data necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for the defence of legal claims or data necessary for the protection of public interests.

Access (familiarisation with the information we have about you) – you will be provided with a copy of all personal data we hold about you except for our intellectual property or our business secret, as well as the cases where personal data of others may be transmitted.

Objection to the processing of your personal data – you can raise an objection at any time, which will be dealt with in a way that does not harm your interests. The objection may be raised in cases where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the relevant controller or third party, or against the processing of personal data for direct marketing or profiling purposes. If you raise an objection against the direct marketing purposes processing, your personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.

Restrictions on the processing of personal data – the processing of your personal data will be limited based on your objection. The processing of personal data is limited until the objection is resolved.

Transfer of personal data – if you provided us with your personal data on the basis of a contract or consent, your personal data will be exported in a structured, commonly used electronic format so that you can transfer it to a third party.

Human review request for automated decision making – if you are in doubt about the accuracy of automated decision making on the basis of your personal data, we will ensure that the decision will be made by a legitimate role.

Update your personal information so that your outdated version does not cause any harm to you – we will update your personal data on your own initiative.

In accordance with Article 21 (4) of the GDPR, AT Computers informs you that you have the right to object to automated individual decision making under Article 21 of the GDPR, and that under Article 21(2) of the GDPR you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time (as mentioned above). At the same time, AT Computers informs you that if you suspect that your personal data are being processed without authorisation, you have the right to file a complaint to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Czech Republic.

Personal data protection

AT Computers assures the protection of your personal data by a security management system based on personal data risk analysis. AT Computers assures you that it continuously assesses the security situation and risks and modifies its security plans so that your personal data is not compromised. We would like to assure you that appropriate procedures and technologies to ensure information, physical and administrative security, both through organisational and technical means, are in place. We do not mention these procedures and mechanisms at this point for obvious reasons.
