These two words precisely characterise our logistical department. 90 experienced employees of modern logistical center make sure that everything required by our clients is loaded, unloaded, packed and dispatched every day. Thousands of packages every day, functioning receipt and release, that is our daily bread.
The entire logistical process is highly automated. All operation are controlled by ERP and WMS information system. Record, movement and assembly of goods are tracked exclusively using bar code. We create consignments in real time. Thousands of items of high-turnover goods are available in a very short time due to a unique system of picking and packing. We check the completeness of consignments by scanning the goods. The consignment is of course well packed and equipped with elements for detecting an unauthorized disruption of the package.
We try to enable our employees to do with their work with a taste and not to consider it only as a boring duty. The way of motivation as well as deluxe food contribution and a number of other benefits correspond to this conception. In average, over 33,000 pc of goods in 5,000 items are released and processed daily. We dispatch over 7,000 consignments per day in the strongest days of the year. When dispatching our consignments, we cooperate with all leading package and palett Carriers in the CR – DPD, Czech post, Geis parcel CZ, Geis CZ, Gebrüder Weiss – and thus we offer our customer a wider range of services and delivery methods, including the possibility to pay on delivery of goods with payment card.

A team of experienced workers will assess and resolve your complaint as soon as possible. The average time of settlement of complaints is approaching 10 days and we have been working continuously to reduce it. If necessary, it is possible to agree to prioritise the settlement of the given case.
Urgent complaint means that you will obtain the requested spare part to a computer manufactured by us within 24 hours. It is simple – you just announce which part is to be replaced and we will send it immediately. While the defective part may not be yet packed to be sent, the consignment from us with a functional spare part will be delivered to you from us on the following day. In case you need it, even a standard complaint which does not relate to the PCs manufactured by us, can be resolved urgently. We pay due attention to all complaints.
